For more than 75 years, Okeechobee Prime Event Hall has been a beloved staple for locals and visitors alike, known for its legendary, meat-focused menu. The Beef N’ Bourbon Experience brings the best of the restaurant’s signature cuts together with exceptional bourbons for an unforgettable evening. Hosted by owner Ralph Lewis and celebrity chef Robert Irvine, this night is a celebration of flavor, aroma, and laughter. Guests will enjoy a four-course seated dinner ($100 per ticket), with proceeds benefiting the Robert Irvine Foundation, which supports service members, veterans, first responders, and their families.

We’ve flipped Sustain on its head! Now one of our prime daytime lunches, we’ve asked chefs to push the envelope regarding their definition of sustainability. Host Kevin Sawyer and guest chefs Paula DaSilva and Alex Seidel will collaborate on locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable seafood, paired with Bouchaine Vineyards hand-selected by winemaker Chris Kajani, which employs several sustainable farming methods and was the first fish-friendly certified vineyard in Napa Valley.
