This unforgettable evening will feature culinary creations from some of the nation’s most celebrated chefs: Leah Cohen, Ben Ford, Neal Fraser, Mike Lata, Crista Luedtke, Ayesha Nurdjaja, Michael Schwartz and host chef Ron Pietruszka. We’ve flipped Sustain on its head! Now one of our prime daytime lunches, we’ve asked chefs to push the envelope regarding their definition of sustainability. Host Kevin Sawyer and guest chefs Paula DaSilva and Alex Seidel will collaborate on locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable seafood, paired with Bouchaine Vineyards hand-selected by winemaker Chris Kajani, which employs several sustainable farming methods and was the first fish-friendly certified vineyard in Napa Valley.
