This exclusive opening-night celebration brings together a powerhouse lineup of culinary talent for an unforgettable evening of food, flavor, and camaraderie. Mix, mingle, and savor signature bites crafted by some of the nation’s most celebrated chefs, including Clay Conley, The Forgione Family (Marc, Larry & Bryan), Jose Garces, Sarah Grueneberg, Robert Irvine, Beau MacMillan, and Ken Oringer. We’ve flipped Sustain on its head! Now one of our prime daytime lunches, we’ve asked chefs to push the envelope regarding their definition of sustainability. Host Kevin Sawyer and guest chefs Paula DaSilva and Alex Seidel will collaborate on locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable seafood, paired with Bouchaine Vineyards hand-selected by winemaker Chris Kajani, which employs several sustainable farming methods and was the first fish-friendly certified vineyard in Napa Valley.
