The Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival invites you to experience its newest culinary celebration, Par-Tee at the Park presented by The Ice Cream Club, where the art of great food meets the spirit of fun in the heart of West Palm Beach. Join an extraordinary lineup of acclaimed guest chefs — Ashley Christensen, Leah Cohen, Elizabeth Falkner, Stephanie Izard, Mike Lata, Beau MacMillan, and Alex Seidel — as they bring their signature styles to the table. Leading the festivities is host chef Jason Van Bomel, whose inventive flavors and passion for hospitality will set the tone for an unforgettable afternoon. Set against the vibrant backdrop of the park, guests will enjoy an open-air culinary playground complete with creative bites, refreshing sips, and the lively energy of food lovers coming together. From innovative plates to chef-inspired surprises, this is your chance to mingle, savor, and celebrate with some of the country’s most talented culinary stars. We’ve flipped Sustain on its head! Now one of our prime daytime lunches, we’ve asked chefs to push the envelope regarding their definition of sustainability. Host Kevin Sawyer and guest chefs Paula DaSilva and Alex Seidel will collaborate on locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable seafood, paired with Bouchaine Vineyards hand-selected by winemaker Chris Kajani, which employs several sustainable farming methods and was the first fish-friendly certified vineyard in Napa Valley.
