Cruise into the festive spirit at PGA National Resort with “Bubbles & Bites,” the signature Yacht Rock evening from the 2025 Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival. Hosted poolside, guests sample chef-crafted bites from culinary trailblazers—including Nina Compton, Joe Flamm, The Forgione Family (Marc, Larry & Bryan), Sarah Grueneberg, Mason Hereford, Chris Shepherd, Stephen Stryjewski & Maggie Scales, along with culinary offerings from PGA National Resort’s signature restaurants, Honeybelle by Lindsay Autry, The Butcher’s Club by Jeremy Ford and Sushi by Bou—all while swaying to the laid-back rhythms of 1970s–80s Yacht Rock. This elegant walk-around experience pairs sparkling wines, inventive cocktails, and savory small plates with timeless soft-rock favorites.

We’ve flipped Sustain on its head! Now one of our prime daytime lunches, we’ve asked chefs to push the envelope regarding their definition of sustainability. Host Kevin Sawyer and guest chefs Paula DaSilva and Alex Seidel will collaborate on locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable seafood, paired with Bouchaine Vineyards hand-selected by winemaker Chris Kajani, which employs several sustainable farming methods and was the first fish-friendly certified vineyard in Napa Valley.
