Host Kevin Sawyer and guest chefs Paula DaSilva and Alex Seidel will collaborate on locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable seafood, paired with Bouchaine Vineyards hand-selected by winemaker Chris Kajani, which employs several sustainable farming methods and was the first fish-friendly certified vineyard in Napa Valley.
