Embark on a bold, flavor-forward evening as festival participants are treated to a four-course seated dinner designed to bring together the artistry and stories of four acclaimed chefs. Hosted by Pushkar Marathe, the evening celebrates his visionary approach to small-plate, globally inspired cuisine at Stage Kitchen & Bar, with fragrant spices, surprising pairings, and locally sourced ingredients. Joining Chef Marathe as this year’s featured guests are Maneet Chauhan, Neal Fraser and Jonathon Sawyer. Guests can expect dishes that reflect each chef’s distinct culinary voice—blending Indian spice traditions, modern American techniques, and regionally inspired seasonal creations. The experience is ideal for food lovers who want to dive into a rich tapestry of global spice profiles, executed with precision and passion.

We’ve flipped Sustain on its head! Now one of our prime daytime lunches, we’ve asked chefs to push the envelope regarding their definition of sustainability. Host Kevin Sawyer and guest chefs Paula DaSilva and Alex Seidel will collaborate on locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable seafood, paired with Bouchaine Vineyards hand-selected by winemaker Chris Kajani, which employs several sustainable farming methods and was the first fish-friendly certified vineyard in Napa Valley.
