Chef Clay Conley welcomes guest chefs Nina Compton, Ayesha Nurdjaja, and Chris Shepherd for a four-course, family-style dinner. Each course is paired with exceptional selections by Terlato Wines, curated to perfectly complement the flavors and artistry of the menu. The First Bite sets the tone for the Festival weekend—an early evening gathering that celebrates culinary innovation, terroir-driven wines, and collaboration at its best. Buccan’s reputation for progressive cuisine, combined with Terlato's prestigious wine program, makes this event a must for food and wine lovers.

We’ve flipped Sustain on its head! Now one of our prime daytime lunches, we’ve asked chefs to push the envelope regarding their definition of sustainability. Host Kevin Sawyer and guest chefs Paula DaSilva and Alex Seidel will collaborate on locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable seafood, paired with Bouchaine Vineyards hand-selected by winemaker Chris Kajani, which employs several sustainable farming methods and was the first fish-friendly certified vineyard in Napa Valley.
