The Founder’s Dinner is an evening where culinary artistry meets rarefied wine in an intimate setting. For one night only, Chef Marcello Fiorentino welcomes acclaimed Chef Lindsay Autry for a remarkable collaboration — a multi-course menu where every dish tells a story and every flavor is intentional. Each course is paired with treasures from La Sirena’s Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning cellar, featuring the distinguished global portfolio of Terlato Wines. From the first sip to the final bite, the night is a celebration of elegance, intimacy, and unforgettable taste.

We’ve flipped Sustain on its head! Now one of our prime daytime lunches, we’ve asked chefs to push the envelope regarding their definition of sustainability. Host Kevin Sawyer and guest chefs Paula DaSilva and Alex Seidel will collaborate on locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable seafood, paired with Bouchaine Vineyards hand-selected by winemaker Chris Kajani, which employs several sustainable farming methods and was the first fish-friendly certified vineyard in Napa Valley.
